ORDERS

We accept orders via our website http://www.overseasgifts.com, phone, fax or by mail.

Gift hampers including alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons who are over the age of 18 or 21 depending on the countries statutory requirement.

PAYMENT

Payment is available via Mastercard or Visa on this website. All payments are cleared prior to despatch of charged in Australian Dollars, therefore minor fluctuations may occur to the 'approx prices' due to exchange rate variances

As per our payment terms, all prices on Overseasgifts.com are quoted in Australian dollars. We provide a currency converter on our site to help our international customers estimate the cost of an item or order in their own currency. The converter allows you to select your currency on the right hand side of each page. The converted prices are then show under each item under the Australian dollar price.

Because exchange rates can vary, the converter provides an approximate conversion only. The final cost of your transaction may change depending on the fluctuation of the currencies involved.

Your transactions will be conducted and calculated, and your credit card will be charged by us, all in Australian dollars. Your credit card company will perform the required conversion into your native currency, based on the exchange rate on the day of conversion.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Christmas Orders

Orders for pre-Christmas delivery to Australia, New Zealand, Canada and USA must be received prior to Friday 15th December 2023. 

All "Christmas" orders will be delivered between 5th - 24th December. 

Deliveries & RETURNS POLICY

  • We aim to deliver all gifts (all year round) within 5 working days of receipt of order, weather permitting. Delivery to remote locations such as Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut in Canada, areas across the USA and remote areas of Northern Queensland, Australia may take longer.

  • All prices quoted include "Standard delivery" and are made during working hours (between Monday and Friday, excluding Public Holidays). If the recipient is not at home when the driver attempts delivery, the driver is instructed to use their discretion to leave the parcel with a neighbour, or in a safe place.  To ensure safe delivery please give some thought as to whether the recipient will be available for the delivery and consider the possibility of delivery to a work address.

  • Delivery is not available to a Post Office (PO) Box.

  • Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.

  • We will not be liable for any re-delivery costs if incorrect address information is supplied. Re-delivery will incur a redelivery cost equal to 25% of the total hamper price and will need to be accepted and paid for prior to any redelivery.

  • We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place to an incorrect address.

  • In the event of non-delivery or damage caused by our error, we will make a replacement delivery as soon as possible after receiving advice of the problem or provide a full refund to the sender.

  • Gift hampers including alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons who are over the age of 18 or 21 depending on the countries statutory requirement.

  • In some circumstances beyond our control, delivery may be delayed. We cannot be held responsible for these instances, for example in extreme weather events. We will, however, do all we can to investigate and resolve this on your behalf.

CONTENTS AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Decorations and other props shown in photographs are not included in the gift. The only items are listed within the hamper description. All items have been included in good faith on the basis that described goods will be available. Should circumstances beyond our control result in unavailability of any line an item of equal or greater value will be substituted.

All floral images are supplied to overseasgifts.com by the Petals Network. These images have been supplied to us with permission and are protected under copyright law. 

MARKETING

We reserve the right to send marketing material to senders and recipients. All senders and recipients may unsubscribe from all online marketing or via our contact page.
